Description

This service includes an annual backflow assembly test at your residence.

After Completing the backflow test we will:

• Forward a copy of the Test Report to your Water Provider.

• Email copy of the Test Report to you if requested.

If for any reason your Backflow Assembly fails the test you will be notified

Before your appointment

• Make sure the backflow device is accessible.

• Provide location of the backflow.

• Retain any notices sent by the water supplier. The technician may need to read the notice.

During your appointment

• The technician will attempt to notify owner on premise before testing.

• The technician will need to turn off the water supply for a brief period for testing.

• The technician wil return the device to it’s current status.

• The technician will make every effort to leave the area in the same condition.
